Winter Gardens Blackpool has launched their first-ever Wellbeing Festival.
The event will take place in the resort on Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th June 2024.
The new Blackpool Conference and Exhibition Centre offers the perfect space for this pioneering event dedicated to promoting health, wellness, and positive lifestyle changes.
Over two days, the festival aims to underscore the importance of good health and well-being through collaborations with local businesses, experts, and enthusiasts in the field.
Yoga, fitness, mindfulness, nutrition and relaxation techniques will be covered in a range of activities, workshops, and presentations designed to inspire and empower.
Heather Clavering, Festival Organiser said: "We are incredibly excited to launch the Wellbeing Festival at the Winter Gardens Blackpool to provide a weekend of health promotion and advice for visitors. It’s a real celebration that underscores our commitment to fostering a community of good health and wellness.
“It’s a crucial step towards creating a space where individuals can explore, learn, and adopt practices that enhance their wellbeing. By uniting experts, enthusiasts, and the public in a dynamic and supportive environment, we aim not just to highlight the importance of good health and well-being but to actively contribute to a societal shift towards more mindful and healthy living.
‘’The Wellbeing Festival is a testament to our belief that everyone deserves access to the resources and knowledge they need to thrive."
Event Highlights Include:
Presentation Zone: Guest speakers, including British Professional Boxer Brian ‘The Lion’ Rose, and Nathan Parker, an independent author and spoken word artist, will share their insights on wellness, mental health, and personal development.
Fitness Zone: Attendees are invited to participate in yoga, meditation, and various exercise sessions suitable for all levels.

The Wellbeing Festival is a collaboration between the Winter Gardens Blackpool, Meet Blackpool, and Get Vocal, which provides a safe space for men to come together and talk in a non-judgmental setting, developed in partnership with Blackpool FC and Blackpool Council.
“We’re so excited to be a part of this amazing event focused on wellbeing and a healthy lifestyle. The mental and physical well-being of our local area and beyond has been our mission since the start. We believe that if even one person makes a change, the influence it can have is outstanding, and we’re here to promote that change, one person at a time,” said a Get Vocal spokesperson.
