Police appeal after cyclist injured in Blackpool collision

Police are appealing for information after a cyclist was injured in a collision in Blackpool.

They were called to a report of a collision between a Black Honda Civic and a pedal bike at the junction of Collingwood Avenue and Mather Street in Blackpool, at around 3pm on Tuesday (April 23).

The cyclist, a man in his 40s, suffered serious injuries and was taken to hospital.

His injuries are not thought to be life threatening or changing.

Police believe there may be people who witnessed the collision but haven’t yet spoken to us. If this was you, or if you have any information, CCTV or dashcam footage, please contact 101 quoting log 0831 of April 23.
