A teenager has been left with serious injuries after a collision in Blackpool.
Emergency services were called at just before 7pm yesterday (Thursday, February 12th) after the collision between an e-bike and a Skoda Octavia car at the junction of Winchester Avenue and Chislehurst Avenue.
The rider of the e-bike, a 16-year-old boy, suffered serious injuries.
His is currently in hospital where his condition is described as life-threatening.
A man in his 50s and a woman in her 40s have been arrested.
Police are appealing for information and footage.
Sgt Bex Price, of the Road Policing Unit, said: “This collision has left a young man with some very serious injuries, and I would appeal to anyone who saw what happened or who may have CCTV, ring doorbell or dashcam footage to get in touch.”
