COSMO World Buffet to Open in Preston’s Animate Complex on Sunday 27th July

Preston’s highly anticipated world buffet restaurant is set to open its doors at the end of this month.

COSMO, the popular world buffet chain, has officially confirmed its newest location within the city’s state-of-the-art Animate cinema and leisure complex. The grand opening is scheduled for Sunday, 27 July.

Suzanne Wink, Head of Operations at COSMO, told Central Radio:

“Our restaurant at Animate is one of the biggest and boldest in our growing portfolio. It truly represents what COSMO is all about – scale, theatre, and variety. Diners can expect a feast for both the eyes and the tastebuds with our global menu.”

The new COSMO restaurant will be branded as an ‘Authentic World Kitchen’. It will offer a wide range of international cuisines including Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Italian, Turkish, and more – alongside tasting stations, a traditional carvery, and a full dessert buffet.

The restaurant follows COSMO’s signature model of unlimited courses for a fixed price. The opening is also expected to create around 60 new jobs in the area.

With existing locations in Manchester, Liverpool, Newcastle, and Sheffield, this new addition brings COSMO’s UK presence to 22 restaurants.
