More jobs details have been revealed by bowling operator Tenpin before its new centre opens in Blackpool this summer – and up to 50 positions are available.
The bowling centre, based at the former Odeon cinema on Rigby Road, will stage an official launch on Friday June 5.
The centre will feature not only bowling but karaoke, laser tag, escape rooms and a host of other activities.
There will be 24 state-of-the-art bowling lanes, two private karaoke rooms, a laser tag arena, three immersive escape rooms and a dedicated soft play area for younger children.
Adults will also have access to interactive darts, pool tables, and a fully equipped arcade, while a cocktail bar and lounge showing live sport will offer
a social hub for locals.
What jobs are on offer?
A spokesman for Tenpin said: “Tenpin will be recruiting between 45-50 jobs across the site in total.
“The roles that are currently live are for reception, diner, customer service assistant and bar. There are multiple positions available for each role, with further roles such as cleaners, party hosts and technical positions to be advertised in the coming weeks.
“Tenpin will hold recruitment events for shortlisted candidates in early May, with the jobs starting in the middle to late May. “

More positions are expected to be advertised in the time ahead.
The new Tenpin bowling alley was given the green light through planning permissions that moved forward in late 2025, with key approvals and amendments confirmed around November 2025.
The former Odeon cinema was previously proposed to be converted into a self-storage facility (by operator Storage King) after it closed in June 2023.
However, this proposal was rejected by council planners and an independent inspector, who insisted the site remain a leisure venue.
