Three boys have been arrested after a fire at an unfinished property in Preston.
Emergency services were called to new-build homes on Rigby Street, in the St Matthews area, just after 8pm on Thursday.
Four fire engines attended.
Lancashire Fire and Rescue crews used hose reel jets, thermal imaging and fans to put out the blaze.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
