A Blackburn Rovers fan's love of her favourite team helped her get through to the next round of the UK's most popular TV sewing show.
Adele Burn created a Rovers-themed outfit on this week's edition of The Great British Sewing Bee on BBC2 where the theme was 'Sport'.
Adele even impressed her beloved Rovers, who posted on their social media pages:
"#Rovers represented on The Great British Sewing Bee last night!
"Congratulations to lifelong supporter Adele Burn, who created a #Rovers-themed outfit for Sports Week on the BBC2 show, making it through to Week 5!"
Lancashire born and bred, Adele now lives in West Yorkshire with her two children and husband of 10 years, Steve.
A primary school teacher, Adele started her own sewing club at school and once she qualified to drive the minibus, the first trip was to the very same mill where Sewing Bee is filmed.
Football crazy, Adele is a Blackburn Rovers’ 'faithful', and ex-ball girl at the club.
In The Great British Sewing Bee, amateur sewers compete to impress judges Patrick Grant and Esme Young, hoping to be crowned Britain’s most sensational seamster.
Adele's outfit wowed the judges with Patrick Grant saying of her shirt: "The design feels beautifully considered.
"You've embroidered by skill and hard work. I love it!"
