Lancashire Police has charged two men following an incident in Blackpool on 29 April.
Police say officers pursued a vehicle that failed to stop before it crashed on Ripon Road.
Mitchell Edwards, 32, of Belmont Avenue, has been charged with dangerous driving, failing to stop for police, assaulting a police officer and multiple counts of driving while disqualified and uninsured.
He has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Preston Crown Court on 12 June.
A second man, Luke Oliver, 29, has been charged with being found on enclosed premises and is due before magistrates later this month.
