Lancashire Police says officers from the Hyndburn Task Force discovered a cannabis grow during a warrant at a property on Gloucester Avenue in Accrington.
Police said numerous cannabis plants were found inside the flat and later destroyed.
The force says drug production is linked to wider criminal activity and can have a harmful impact on local communities.
Officers are encouraging anyone with information about suspected drug activity to contact police or Crimestoppers anonymously.
