Crews have tackled a fire at a house in Buckshaw Village.
Three fire engines from Leyland, Chorley and Bamber Bridge fire stations were called to a property on Old Worden Avenue, Buckshaw Village at 2.16pm on Tuesday.
The fire involved fence panels and had spread to the fascia boards, a window and the roof of the house.
"Firefighters used two breathing apparatus, a triple extension ladder, thermal imaging camera, positive pressure ventilation unit and a range of firefighting equipment to extinguish the fire," said a Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
