Four people have been injured after a shotgun was fired near a pub in Leyland.
Armed police were called to Dunkirk Lane late on Friday night. Two men and two women suffered minor injuries.
The Dunkirk Hall pub was temporarily closed for forensic work.
Police say no arrests have been made but patrols have been increased.
The incident is being treated as isolated, and the pub confirmed all staff and customers are safe.
