A man who abused his vulnerable partner before she took her own life has been charged with perverting the course of justice – along with his girlfriend and mother.
31-year-old Ryan Wellings is already serving six and a half years for assaulting and coercing Kiena Dawes, who died on a railway line in Lancashire in 2022.
Police say Wellings, Lisa Green, aged 52, and Emma Croft, 28, are accused of trying to interfere with justice during his trial.
They’re due before Preston magistrates on October 28th.
