The M55 will have overnight closures next week as part of the works to complete the Preston Western Distributor Road.
The closures are:
30th May both East and Westbound - Junction 1-3 closed 20:00-06:00hrs
31st May & 1st June East bound only - Junction 1-3 closed 20:00-06:00hrs
2nd June both East and Westbound - Junction 1-3 closed 20:00-06:00hrs
They are required to complete remaining works.
Drivers are advised to follow the diversion routes and plan your journey ahead.
Highways bosses said they apologised for any inconvenience this may cause and would like to thank motorists for their patience during the construction of the new road.
