A nine-year-old boy has died after being found unresponsive at a house in Blackpool over the weekend.
Police and paramedics were called to an address on Plovers Way at around 6pm on Saturday evening
Despite the best efforts of medical staff, the boy, who has not been named, was pronounced dead a short time later.
The cause of death has not been given but police said it wasn’t being treated as suspicious.
A file will be prepared and passed to the coroner in due course.
