Police officers in Preston have been blending in with shoppers and store staff as they continue to tackle shoplifting in the city.
On Wednesday, officers made one arrest, carried out 10 stop searches, and found a missing person.
Police say the operation helps them target resources and encourages residents to report concerns through the Lancashire Talking survey.
