A second man has been charged after a series of violent attacks outside a mosque in Accrington
Lancashire Police say 22-year-old Aiwaz Hussain faces a charge of section 18 wounding following multiple incidents, including two stabbings and a street fight last Friday.
Another man, 33-year-old Ishtaq Hussain, has also been charged with weapons and grievous bodily harm offences.
Detectives are searching for three other men linked to the disorder.
