A three-year-old girl is in hospital with serious injuries after being struck by an e-bike in Burnley.
Police say the crash happened on Ormerod Road near the Pavilion at around half past one on Friday afternoon.
A 15-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
Officers say the e-bike involved — described as orange, black and white — has not yet been found.
