Prison sentences of almost 80 years have been handed to an OCG who supplied drugs in East Lancashire.
The gang, headed by James Kiely and Frankie Taylor, were dismantled following an investigation by our targeted crime team.
Operation Vinci was an investigation into the conspiracy to supply cocaine and cannabis between December 2020 and July 2024.
Police carried out a number of raids on the morning of July 3rd and arrested the ringleader James Kiely along with a number of other members of the gang.
Eventually a total of 19 people were charged and at Burnley Crown Court last week members of the gang were jailed for over 79 years.
James Kiely, 30, of Acre View Bacup was jailed for 15 years and three months for Conspiracy to supply class A and four years and nine months concurrent for Conspiracy to supply class B.
His lieutenant Frankie Taylor 32, of Booth Crescent, Waterfoot, was jailed for 11 years and nine months for conspiracy to supply class A and four years and ten months concurrent for Conspiracy to supply class B.
Daryl Kiely, 37, Hammerton Green, Bacup was jailed for five years and seven months for conspiracy to supply class B.
Adam Herba Whinfield, 30, of Blackthorn Lane, Bacup, was jailed for nine years and eight months for Conspiracy to supply Class A and B.
Dylan Traynor-Lomax, 29, Staghills Road, Rossendale was jailed for three years and ten months for Conspiracy to supply Class A and B.
Jamie Hackett, 39, Primrose Street, Bacup jailed for six years eight months for Conspiracy to supply Class A and B.
Stephen Farran, 38, Millstream Close, Bacup jailed for seven years and seven months for Conspiracy to supply Class A.
James West, 30, Hammerton Green, Bacup jailed for six years and eight months for Conspiracy to supply A and B.
Jack Murray, 30, Bacup Road, Rossendale jailed for five years for being concerned in the supply of class A and class B.
Anthony McKenna, 38, Hillside Road, Haslingden jailed for seven years two months for Conspiracy to supply Class A Cocaine.
Jamie Hunton, 41, Greave Fold. Bacup jailed for four years for Conspiracy to supply Class B Cannabis.
Gary Herbert, 39, St James Close, Haslingden jailed for 37 months for Conspiracy to Supply Class A
Other members of the gang were given community sentences.
