Police are appealing for witnesses and footage after a woman in her 70s was left with life threatening injuries following a road traffic collision in Preston.
Officers were called to Sharoe Green Lane at 6:53pm on Friday 13th February following reports a silver Kia Carens 2 Ecodynamics CR collided with a pedestrian.
The pedestrian, a woman in her 70s, was taken to hospital with life threatening injuries.
Sgt Bex Price, of the Roads Policing Unit said: “A woman has been left with life threatening injuries following this collision and our thoughts remain with her and her loved ones at this time.
“We are in the early stages of our investigation and I am appealing directly to you, the public, for your assistance. If you have dashcam or CCTV footage of the collision, please do get in touch with us.”
