Cleveleys Unlimited £7.95 breakfast named ‘Best value in Britain’

A top food reviewing Youtuber has pronounced a local Cleveleys café as the ‘Cheapest and best value café in the UK’ on one of his most recent videos.

Renowned Vlogger ‘The MacMaster, who has amassed nearly 100,000 subscribers on Youtube has given high praise during his online video review saying, “I’m on the search for the cheapest breakfast in the UK and I think I’ve found it.”

The MacMaster, who’s real name is Lee Davey, is a reviewer of food, travel and technology and started his career in local newspapers but has been posting online review videos since 2018.

During his visit to the Fylde Coast, he called in to Irene’s Breakfast on Victoria Road, Cleveleys to have a look round and commented on the selection of food which was included in the ‘all you can eat’ price of £7.95. “You can have as many cereals as you want, as much ‘all you can eat’ breakfast as you want, and there all there for you to have as much as you want for just £7.95 which is mental, I can’t believe it - in this cost-of-living crisis.

“You can have unlimited drinks for just £2.95 extra. I’m pretty sure you will not find a cheaper all you can eat breakfast anywhere.

During his visit Lee spoke to staff member Tash who explained the details of the café’s various offerings. Lee asked if there was a time limit and Tash explained there are no time limits for diners and commented that one guest had previously stayed two and a half hours and there’s no complaints.

All the tables have their own toasters so you can make your own toast, speaking about the experience Lee said ‘Out of all the places I’ve ever visited, I’ve never seen a toaster on the table, that is fantastic.

‘I have never been to a place that is such good value for money in my entire history of filming for Youtube, It’s a family run business and these are the places we should be supporting. I can’t score this place high enough, 10 is the limit, but this is 10 plus.”

Irene’s is open 7:45am – 4pm, 7 days a week and is named after someone in the owner’s family who sadly passed away.
