Officers were busy overnight in Blackpool and Fylde as part of the NightSafe operation, ensuring public safety in the nighttime economy.
A snapshot of the night:
- One arrested for an assault on Talbot Road
- Searches for numerous vulnerable people
- Dispersed small groups engaging in antisocial behaviour 
- Assisted plain-clothed Neighbourhood officers who stopped a male to search for drugs- he turned out to be wanted for a number of serious offences, and will be recalled to prison
- Visited a number of venues across Blackpool and Fylde to ensure they were compliant with their Premises Licence 
- Reported a disqualified driver for summons on Queen Street
