Blackburn with Darwen police have uncovered a cannabis farm worth around £150,000.
Officers were provided with information of a possible cannabis set-up within an address on Bolton Road in Blackburn.
The team literally followed their noses and found the address growing dozens of mature plants within a sophisticated set-up, worth in the region of £150,000 at street value.
One professional ‘gardener’ was arrested at the address and will be dealt with for the relevant offences.
The plants have all been seized and will be destroyed.
A spokesperson added: ‘’We will always act on any information you provide to us, so if you’re aware of any drug taking, production or supply in your area then please let us know.
‘’We can be contacted through the normal channels, or via our email on BlackburnNeighbourhoodTaskForce@lancashire.police.uk’’.
