Blackburn MP quits Your Party over ‘persistent infighting’

Blackburn MP Adnan Hussain says he’s stepping away from the team setting up Your Party - the group headed by Zarah Sultana and Jeremy Corbyn.

He claims the environment's often felt toxic, with “veiled prejudice” against Muslim men and “persistent infighting.”

He'll stay as a member of the Independent Alliance of MPs.

The party's been asked for comment.
