The Dude Perfect International Youth Cup is returning to Burnley Training Centre this weekend, with 20 teams from across the globe descending on Lancashire.
Now in its sixth year, the tournament will feature teams from all over Europe and the US.
It’s a chance for U12s players to showcase their skills against Champions League quality teams and enjoy an unforgettable weekend of top-quality competition.
Chelsea FC ran away with last year’s tournament cup, with Italian giants AC Milan winning the Plate bracket after a tense final against Brentford.
The Clarets U12s’ team is part of the star-studded line-up this time out, and after Burnley enjoyed a positive trip to RCD Espanyol for the 1900 Cup earlier this month, players from the Catalan club will now head to Lancashire for the first time.
Other stand out names include European heavyweights Manchester United, Sporting Lisbon, Borussia Dortmund, Valencia, and Tottenham Hotspur.
Chicago Fire and FC Dallas will make the long journey from the States in search of silverware.
Matches will start on the morning of Friday 29th May and continue through to Sunday 31st May, culminating in the exciting Cup and Plate finals.
Tickets are free of charge for spectators and can be purchased online here
Burnley FC’s President of Business Operations Stuart Hunt said: “We are beyond excited to be hosting the Dude Perfect International Youth Cup for a sixth straight year.
“This year will be bigger and better than ever as we have expanded to 20 teams from all over the world.
“We continue to see a high demand from the best teams in the world to participate in this tournament and we are pleased to again welcome four more high quality teams to the list this year.
“This should be a fantastic weekend of competition. We can’t wait to see you there!”
