What began as an April Fool’s prank has turned into a highly anticipated real-life event.

Local vocalist Jess McGlinchey announced a Hannah Montana-themed show on her Facebook page as a joke, only to find overwhelming support from fans urging her to make it a reality. Now, five months later, "Miss Montana - A Tribute to Hannah Montana & Miley Cyrus" is set to debut at The Holgate in Burnley on August 16, 2024.

The buzz around the show is in part due to what Rolling Stone Magazine recently dubbed "The Hannah Montana Era" of musicians. Pop stars like Sabrina Carpenter and Chappell Roan have credited the Disney show as their inspiration and introduction to music.
