Police have charged a teenager following disorder in Bacup town centre.
On the 20th August 2024, following reports of large groups of youths, officers attending the scene were met with threatening behaviour and abusive language.
On the 28th August, Rossendale Police arrested a 13-year-old boy from Bacup on suspicion of affray and Section 4 Public Order.
A 13-year-old boy from Bacup has been charged with Section 4 Public order and has been bailed with conditions.
He will appear at Preston Youth Court on 5th December.
