Police are investigating after a large cannabis grow was discovered in Preston.
Following information from the public, officers from the Prosper Partnership and Preston Neighbourhood Policing Teams attended a property on Deepdale Road in the St Matthews area at around 11.30am on Monday.
Once inside, around 500 cannabis plants were found to be growing across multiple rooms in the building, including the cellar. There was also evidence that the electricity had been bypassed and Electricity North West attended to make the area safe.
No arrests have been made and enquiries are ongoing.
