Preston’s restored Harris Museum has achieved a ninety per cent score in its first VisitEngland quality assessment.
The attraction has also received official accreditation under the national Visitor Attraction scheme.
Inspectors praised the transformation of the Grade One listed building, highlighting new galleries, community spaces, and improved visitor facilities.
Preston City Council says the result recognises the success of the museum’s nineteen million pound redevelopment.
