Drivers in Leyland are being warned of disruption as temporary traffic lights are installed at one of the town’s busiest junctions.
The lights will be in place for up to three months at the junction of Golden Hill Lane, Leyland Lane and Longmeanygate from tomorrow (Monday).
Lancashire County Council says the work will improve traffic flow and support a major new housing development at the former Leyland test track.
Contractors have also been told the lights must be manually controlled during the day to reduce delays.
