Lancashire Police are appealing for witnesses and footage after a road traffic collision in Clayton-le-Woods in which a man died.
Officers were called at 10.48am yesterday (18th May) to the A6 Preston Road to a report of a collision.
They found that a Suzuki Celerio car travelling south on the A6 towards Chorley had been in collision with a garden wall.
No other vehicle was involved.
The driver of the Suzuki, a man in his 70s, was pronounced deceased at hospital.
